The food here is seriously delicious, especially the hibachi dinners and sushi rolls like the spicy girl and Philly roll-though I wish they used smoked salmon instead of regular. The place is small and simple with no hibachi tables, but the staff is super friendly, everything is clean, and the meals, like the Filet Mignon & Shrimp Hibachi combo, are packed with flavor and great portions.

The Japanese Steakhouse in the strip mall surprised me with its delicious hibachi dinners and flavorful ginger dressing. While the lack of hibachi tables was unexpected, the cozy interior and friendly staff made up for it. The Filet Mignon & Shrimp Hibachi Combination Dinner, with its perfectly cooked proteins and flavorful Yum Yum sauce, left me satisfied and wanting to return for more.

A delightful dining experience. We did the Pink Lady Sushi and New York Strip. Delicious with an incredible staff. We give it the Tears of Crimson Thumbs up.
