Yuck, found hair cooked in food. Waited 20 minutes just to take order. Wouldn't refund money for meal. Saw food dropped and picked up and placed back on counter to still use.

What's the point of your employees wearing gloves if you can see them eating and cooking your food at the same time. Also it doesn't take 20 minutes for one burger to be made when your clearly the only customer. I literally sat for 20 min then wondered what was taking so long so I stood up to look and your cook it eating beans or something at the same time my food is supposed to be cooked. I waisted my lunch break to watch your employee eat. Very unprofessional

I never got to try the food because of how slow the service was. they would take one order from a customer then not take another order till that customer's order was done. the woman taking orders spent over five min. messing around with the drink machine. On top of that the menu was in cursive making it very hard to read on a television screen. I ended up getting food from subway and after i was done eating and was leaving, the people that were in line in front of us at Fat Wally's, was still waiting for their food. The service is just awful!
