We’ve been here one time with close friends and in town coming from visiting our sister in the hospital and hungrrryyy So We stopped by last night … #1 Very Respectful Customer Service #2 you just gotta love every employee you come in contact with # 3 you gotta try their Pastrami sandwiches.. and deep fried green beans were also off the hook absolutely Great!! STOP BY ASAP! YOU CANNOT BE DISSAPOINTED

I love the food but I live right around the corner and get off work at 3:30. To say a business is open 24 hours but to be closed between 3:15 -3:45 for cleaning is ridiculous. Ive never heard of that from a business that's open 24 hours. I've seen them lose a lot of business including myself. Also they don't post it in the front. There's a little note on the drive thru window..so you're waiting at the menu with nobody answering not knowing they're closed for 30 minutes...stupid..,a lot of pissed off people. Way to go Fabulous...

I went a few months ago for the first time and ordered my meal with a couple other co-workers during a lunch break. I sat down with my soda and was chatting with the guys while one of the employees brought out their meals. A minute or two afterwards, a manager walked by and asked how everything was? I chuckled... "I don't know, cause I haven't received my meal yet". I had a smile on my face cause I really hadn't been waiting that long. ( I had ordered a BBQ pulled pork meal and assumed it would take a bit longer anyway). However, she immediately went back and got my order taken care of which I thought was great. I didn't think anything more of it until we were finishing up, then the manager came back with my money and apologized stating that the meal was on them. I was stunned. I hadn't been upset or anything. It was so refreshing to see that she wanted to ensure her patrons were taken care of and happy. Since then, I've been back a few times and would go more if I lived closer. Very happy with the taste of the food and selections as well. Well done Fabulous Burgers!!!!

I would say yum but had a horrible experience I had ordered my food by the time I got home I noticed it was wrong so I called the store and spoke with the manager he was very humble and said to write his name on the receipt and his employees would take care of it so I did well I get there and I give them the receipt and the cook is just giving me the dirtiest look like if looks could kill I would be dead ten times over and then the window girl cursing at me in Spanish and the cook decided to join in to thinking I didn't understand what they were saying this was just the most horrible establishment I've been too

Employees bunching together visiting around dining tables,blocking patrons view of the televisions,Manager doesn't seem to have control of employees,seems like they have nothing to do.
