I ordered from the online menu and was surprised to find a significant price discrepancy when I picked up my food; the total was much higher than expected. While the food was decent and the atmosphere inviting, the lack of acknowledgment regarding the pricing issue left me feeling unsatisfied. Given my previous positive experiences with the pho, I may consider returning in the future, but the recent miscommunication has made me hesitant.

I placed my order in advance based on the online menu featuring photos of the items. The fresh spring roll was listed at $4.95 and the Pho house combo at $9.75, but upon arrival, I was surprised to find that my total came to $23.50 due to discrepancies in the prices displayed online. The food was decent, but I may hold off on returning until the issue is resolved.
