I opted for delivery from Penang through GrubHub for a cozy movie night in. The Drunk Man Noodles hit the spot with their robust flavors and perfect spice level, while the Pad Thai and chicken satay were decent sides. Penang may not be consistent or always open, but when it is, it's a culinary gem that offers a taste of Asia right here in State College.
