I've eaten here before and been pleased but this time was really upset to crunch my way through my pad thai.... a lot of egg shell - small and large pieces - throughout mine and my fiance's entire dinner. I called the restaurant to see if they would comp at least one of the meals but they refused unless I brought the food in. I live 40 minutes away, called at 645pm and offered photos of the food, I'm not one to scam a place for free food - but they refused. Lost a customer and got a bad review over a $14 dinner. Do not recommend. There are other options in Crestview for thai food with better taste and better customer service.
