Shaun & Rogette were amazing! There was a slight misunderstanding with our cheesecake order and they quickly & graciously rectified the issue. They went above and beyond in apologizing, checking on us repeatedly and fixing the problem. The only issue was how Cameron handled the situation. When he brought our drinks to the table & we asked about the cheesecake he said someone else would bring it ... as if it wasn't his responsibility. He did not notify any other employee that we had asked. This to me was the biggest problem - team members should have each other's back. And customer questions should always be relayed to someone if you feel it's not your responsibility to deal with. Thanks to Shaun & Rogette we will continue as Blacksmith customers!!!
