If you're in Amarillo, Ichiban serves the most authentic ramen you'll find in the area, especially their spicy miso ramen, which is a must-try. The gyoza is perfectly crisp and the fried rice is bursting with flavor, making every bite enjoyable. With consistently excellent service and a clean atmosphere, this is a dining experience worth seeking out, even if you have to plan ahead for a little wait.

This is the best asain food in the Panhandel...it's too small for dining in, mainly because of the high vloume of business but the freshness , amazingly tasty food and superior service makes it worth the small quarters...I do wished they were still open on the weekends ..nothing is under any heat lamps or warmers..
