Situated in Center Field among various food stands, my friends and I visited Anchor Brewing after grabbing food at Anchor Grill and Pier 44 Chowder House last Wednesday around 7:30pm. I tried the California Lager, although not being a big beer drinker, while my friend opted for the Anchor Steam Beer, both priced at $12 each, as we sat down to enjoy our drinks and food in the plaza with TVs to catch the game. The windy and cold weather prompted me to also order an Irish Coffee for $12.50 each, one with whip and one without, which I found balanced in sweetness without the whip, but caution against mixing the sugar settled at the bottom.
