During my last day of vacation, I stopped at Qdoba downtown near the campus and ordered a QBirria Burrito along with chips, medium verde salsa, and a chocolate chip cookie for dessert. The food was tasty and satisfying, with a variety of meat choices and fresh guacamole, though I found some items a bit less flavorful and the service friendly but somewhat rushed. The restaurant was clean, socially distanced, and offered a convenient option for a quick lunch, making it worth trying if you enjoy Mexican-style fare with customizable spice levels.
