I Love Bottega Grill resturaunt breakfast,salads and hot foods. However the hospitality and services rendered sucks. Im a black African american patron whom on several occasions experinced a lack of services as beign over looked as i wait in line. Today i was in line . I waited to be served just as others behindme did. Unfortunately there were three other customers behind me. The two servers asked two of the women how could we help you. I hold up my hand. and said excuse me i was next. However; They proceeded to continue to serve them. The third cusomer behind me walked a little closer up and the two servers walked off. And appeared to pretend as if they were busy. Finally one of them returned and asked the lady behind me. How can i help you ?She said this lady was next again. Please take her order. I looked at the nice lady in awe. She said i know thats very said and disappointing.
