I ordered 2 pizzas from them on a Saturday night and got the wrong one sent to my house. I figured no big deal I'll just call them and have them send me the correct one. Stuff like this happens we are only human. Well, biggest mistake of my life! Never call this place to complain about something because they don't care and you will get harassed by whoever answers their phone. I was told over the phone with terrible attitude that "I didn't order that" and the reason they know is because they repeated my order back to me and I said "yes". SO WHAT!!!?? I am asking for the correct order now so can you please send me what I want??? I mean I am paying for this rite? They made sure that I knew my order had an $8 increase in price and that they needed the wrong pizza back when they came to drop off the new one (GROSS!!! WHAT WERE THEY GOING TO DO WITH THAT PIZZA) I guess they were going to sell it as slices because someone already ate a piece after we waited over an hour to receive them. Well my new pizza came finally and not to soon after I received it I get a phone call from the store manager. Of corse he had a terrible attitude just as the phone girl did. He actually called my phone to tell me that I got over on him big time and that I told him we only ate 1 slice out of that pizza that he needed back so bad. Um yeah, that because we did! So he claims that there were 3 pieces missing and that is wrong that I would that and goes on and on about how I am lying. Why in the world would I lie? I couldn't believe what I was hearing from this crazy man over the phone it was absolutely unbelievable. I was in shock that they would call my phone and waste my time for such a petty argument. Long story short I keep all the patients I could with him until I finally let him know how I really felt and he finally hung up the phone on me. I didn't know it was possible to run a business this way. They are not the cheapest pizza around but we always enjoyed ordering food from them. I will make sure to let all of my friends and family know what type of business they run so that they don't have to deal with the mess that I did ( all over a box of pizza) no wonder there prices are to high, I guess they really need the money. I hope they were just being cheap when they took that old pizza out of my house and didn't actually re sell the slices last night! I am extremely surprised in you Francoluigi's I really thought your customer service was just as good as your food is. What a shame.
