Norman was a lifesaver when our PC had no video after building it around a 4090 graphics card, quickly spotting the faulty CPU we got from Best Buy. The staff here, like Rohan, JK, and Jose, are super knowledgeable and friendly, always ready to help, whether it's troubleshooting, recommending parts, or guiding me through upgrades - it's awesome to have a local store with solid prices and real people who know their stuff.
