Pho Mien Restaurant-

There is an employee at Pho Mien that works at the cash register by the name of Andrew. This employee is very unprofessional, he addressed my wife and sister in-law in an inappropriate manner other than 'Mrs' and 'Miss' had I heard or been told right then and there I would of exchanged words with the employee. My experience at Pho Mein is tarnished, my wife and sister in-law don't feel comfortable going back to Pho Mein now. Gentle men, this employee will make a pass at your significant other, if this happens to you; I hope you don't become aggressive and teach him a lesson on how to address a female customer appropriately.

Very good overall. Pho soup base is actually quite good--probably second or third best in Reno. Other menu items are also very good. The peanut sauce isn't to my liking. Ambiance is just ok. Good location inside the Eldorado Hotel Casino. Prices are very reasonable.
