I took the family here for a sushi treat qnd left wishing I had just gone to heb for sushi. We ordered multiple plates of sushi and some happy hour sushi items, but my husband's sushi was never given to him. After everyone else was almost done we finally got a server's attention only to find out they combined his sushi on our son's plate and never told us. My son's plate was a combo sushi dish with multiple different sushis so it wouldnt have been something to easily recognize unless I memorized the plate. The server never told us and didnt find out until we pointed out she never gave my husband his plate of food. Then the OWNER justified we should pay for it because the food ordered still made it to the table. Not something we want to hear when my husband literally sat for 30 minutes watching everyone eat waiting for his food. Especially since 2 servers asked him what his order was AFTER everyone else started eating. No apology from the restaraunt. No sincerity or owning up to their mistake and miscommunication. Such a shame we couldnt even enjoy the taste of the food we paid so much for because the service was so horrible. Also, we were literally the only ones there. They were not on lunch rush or anything when this happened.
