Had a really good time at the Ball and Thistle Pub recently. The food was delicious, especially the Windy Cottage Pie I had. The staff was friendly and quick with service. I was impressed by the changes made by the new management, definitely worth checking out!

We were super excited to go in this week after the changed menu and updates to their facilities.
We waited quite a bit for drinks, and then much longer for food. When the food arrived, it was all served at once"¦meaning apps, salad, and main dishes. Food quality was pretty rough (served cold and not that tasty.) No salt and pepper available, and ketchup only available in to-go packets.
Hopefully things get better here, the Ball & Thistle has been a local spot we have always enjoyed.
