This review is of their food truck. The friendly staff provided excellent service, and I was impressed by the food quality, especially the brisket street tacos and grilled chicken sandwiches. At Michelle H's wedding, Fresh Horizons catered a delicious buffet with lovely presentation, featuring standout dishes like pork loin in a spicy-sweet sauce. Their coordinator, Kathe, was instrumental in accommodating my budget while delivering elegant food and decor, and I still receive compliments from guests about the meal.
