Ordered 13 piece Sashimi.. got three pitiful nigiri, and rolls mainly rice. Called to see about correcting food order but was told I should have read the small print. Said would only refund if bring whole order back to restaurant.
Called Door Dash and explained situation said would refund, when calling Kobe Hero back to inform, said will call DoorcDash to ensure no refund.
In my opinion this place takes advantage of delivery orders, and in my opinion should not be trusted with your business!!!
