My favorite Chinese restaurant has become an essential part of my dining experience, consistently delivering delicious meals that keep me returning. The takeout options are always perfectly executed, with standout dishes like chicken fingers, ribs, and flavorful rice that never disappoint. Even during busy times like New Year's Eve, the attentive service and exceptional food remind me why this establishment holds a special place in my heart.

12.24.20 Still the freshest food around unfortunately they have not factored how to scale for Christmas eve, of all nights to be late for pick up, 1 hour late and counting. Worse part is they don't have a system or know to tell you when it'll be ready?

Am I to stay here another hour to ruin Christmas eve sitting in their lobby?

Outcome: HOUR 3 went to the front desk for a refund, 3 people answering non stop ringing phones, while waiting to talk refund I overhead staff taking orders and informing call ins, 1 hour food is ready. Deception on christmas eve?

No one acknowledged me standing there which felt like an eternity so I walked out the door without $135.00 reimbursement ........ready for this?

The waiting line for pick up ran 50 feet
indoors then along the front on the building, continued down THE RH side elevation and finally well into the back parking lot!

I wanted to tell these waiting line folks turn around go home but how could I tell them?

My total waste of time?
arrival 3:30pm.
departure 6:30 p.m. without food
