The manager, Alicia, at Wetzel's is incredibly kind and patient. I've been a loyal customer for over 30 years and used to enjoy their punch card system for free items, which they no longer offer. Alicia personally assisted me in setting up the new app to earn rewards, even troubleshooting technical issues to ensure I received credit for my recent purchase.
