The only reason I gave 1 star is because 0 isn't an option. Hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My house is a block away and my delivery estimate was 45 minutes. 3 hours later, we are still waiting on our food and the store is no longer taking our calls. Avoid this place at all costs, any other option in town is better than this.

Word customer service. People answering the phone are very rude!. Called for a delivery was told thy couldn't deliver cause my address was on the east side 🤷ðŸ»"♂ï¸. Only pizza place open at the time but refused to take my order even though I was only 8 min away . Wtf. 🤷ðŸ»"♂ï¸

I ordered a cheese steak sub and got a crumbled up cheeseburger sub going to lie and say they messed up meet up they called the company like I'm some kind of fool and believe that they thought I was going to be one of them drunk people ain't going to know this I'm really upset really at my mouth watering for a Cheesesteak and got a crumbled up hamburgers

The people who own this place are very rude. I called them at 1:44 AM & my food didn't come until 3:24 AM. And when my food finally arrived I only had a $20 bill & only received 6 dollars back in return because supposedly "they didn't have any change" I was then told by the person who delivered my food to call back to Frank's and tell the owner about the incident and when I did call I was accused of lying about it and was told "I doubt that's true" by the owner or whoever I spoke to..
