The food at El Molcajete was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to order with excellent service. I loved the shrimp burrito, carne asada tacos, and the friendly, welcoming atmosphere.

I'm from CA, so I don't usually go for Mexican food in smaller towns, but El Molcajete surprised me by being open on New Year's Day. The servers were really sweet, which was a win for us. We tried the taco salad with chicken, chimichanga with chicken, and the carne asada street tacos - the tacos were especially impressive.
