Last weekend, I had a disappointing experience with the wings at this establishment. I reached out on their main website to share my feedback. The manager promptly contacted me, inviting me back to make things right with a refund - a gesture not all places would offer. I appreciate their commitment to customer satisfaction and look forward to returning soon to enjoy their delicious chicken and admire the cool SJAFB memorabilia on the walls.
