I had a disappointing experience with a recent order - after waiting for over an hour and 45 minutes, I found out they were out of the items I wanted. I ended up calling another pizza place for delivery, which turned out to be a better option. Despite the hiccup, I still think this pizza joint is the best in town with delicious food, friendly service, and reasonable prices - definitely worth giving it another shot for some tasty pies and wings!

Terrible customer service from employee Ashley (036968). Very rude and put off that she had to work. Old managers in the past at this location ( Samantha) had a way better handle on the store. Georgetown is a small community and this is unacceptable. If she continues to act this way the store won't last long
