The service at Cancun Mexican Restaurant is exceptional, with fast and friendly staff even during busy times. While the empanadas may be lacking in flavor, the tender and delicious steak, chicken, and shrimp dishes, along with the generous portions and cozy ambiance, make it a great choice for a family dinner or casual get-together.

We have frequented the restaurant since it has been there....however, it seems over the last year, the service has declined incrementally in several areas.

Just tonight, we ordered out, due to Covid, and picked up a $26 order that had no salsa included for the chips, no utensils or napkins, undercooked rice that was crunchy and contained some kind of bean/pea in it, and we were just again really disappointed.

Although we have always loved Mexican food and the Cancun restaurant, we really plan to try the new Mexican restaurant that just opened in the area in hopes of getting better results.

Was given gift card for my birthday and had never been. We LOVED it! The food was great! And it wasn't greasy. The service was quick, friendly and right on time. Cancun is absolutely one of the best restaurants in Sneads Ferry!
