My husband called in an order for a pasta dinner, and a poorboy sandwich. TWENTY MINUTES LATER as my husband is putting on his shoes to go get it, Amato's calls us back to let us know that they have no pasta, and hadn't even been working on our order at all. That is absolutely the most embarrassing, and pathetic customer service I've received in a long time, so congratulations on that front. Amato's will never receive my business again.
