I had lunch at this cozy spot and was pleased with the soup of the day, which was tasty as usual. The BLT was good too, although I've had better elsewhere, but the portion size was satisfying. The service was friendly and provided helpful suggestions from the menu, creating a homey atmosphere that felt like having a meal at grandma's place.

I EAT AT BARBS ALMOST EVERYDAY SINCE I MOVED IN THE BUILDING ACROSS THE STREET.
26 YEARS AGO. THE FOOD IS GREAT THE PEOPLE ARE GREAT AND MAID ALLOT OF FRIENDS. I
DON'T KNOW WHAT I WOULD EVER DO IF SHE WOULD EVER CLOSE. YOU SEE I REALLY COULDN'T GO
ANY PLACE ESE BECAUSE I AM HANDY CAPPED.WHY WOULD I WANT TO GO ANY OTHER

I went to Barb's a few times while living back in Carnegie. I even brought my kids there, when they came to visit me from New Hampshire. The food was always great and the atmosphere always quaint. I like local places like this where you get Hot coffee, great service, and good food. Barb's has it all.
