It's a decent seafood restaurant for North La. I wouldn't say it's the best I've ever eaten, but it's hard to beat the fish and shrimp in South La. The sauces are a bit bland and the coleslaw isn't very good, but the seafood and fries make up for it. And it's reasonably priced.

Shrimp boiled too long and couldn't peel. Then a bunch of seasoning (very salty), dumped on top. Not good for $14

The foods was prepared right. I enjoyed the fish, fresh Shrimp and delicious frog legs. The tarter sauce is sweet and I like it. The cole slaw is good but comes in a thimble size cup. The hush puppies are of the tube variety and not worthy of there offerings. Should make home made hush puppies to be on par with the rest of tne good stuff coming out of the kitchen. I enjoyed the food and will be back.
Ps; the place is quaint and basic, but to the point. Know what I mean?
