If you're into King Cakes, the pecan one here is amazing! The line can get a bit long, so it's smart to get there early. It's a locally owned pharmacy with friendly staff, and they even have an old-fashioned soda fountain with Bluebell ice cream cones-definitely a refreshing change from the usual big stores.

I highly recommend Waveland Pharmacy for their delicious pecan treats and friendly staff. The cozy atmosphere and old-time soda fountain make it a refreshing alternative to busy chain stores like Wal-Mart.
