GO ELSEWHERE! I don’t know what’s happened here, but our experience was terrible. This used to be a solid go to for our family with excellent results. We will not be back and I would recommend McDonald’s next door vs wasting your time and money here. We didn’t see a waiter for 10 minutes after being seated, 4 out of 5 drinks delivered and the 5th showed up 15 minutes later. All of the 6+ top tables had old plates and food on them, not yet cleaned. By the time they cleaned the table next to us, all we could smell was moldy dish rag. Fries were left on the floor from the guests before us.

The table with 12 people next to us arrived 15 minutes after our party and received their appetizers and food long before we received any competent service. Food finally delivered and a long blonde hair was in my food and my wife’s food.

Chefs walked out of the bathroom and into the kitchen with toilet paper stuck to his shoes! Our waiter couldn’t have cared less. The manager was very apologetic but he simply lacked the resources to do his job effectively. Upon leaving, I noticed the carpet was soiled and major lack of attention on cleanliness. Save your money and go elsewhere. Any fast food establishment is now better than Longhorn Steakhouse. Such potential, but management and ownership is lacking greatly.

All around Amazing! Favorite is the 12 oz Ribeye (Char Grilled) w/ asparagus & corn on the cob!!! ugh talk about a mouth melting experience. Will definitely be back soon!
