There is a charming diner in a small town along Highway 87 on the way to San Angelo from the north. The food, particularly the onion rings and sweet potato fries, is delicious and reasonably priced. Their homemade desserts, like the cherry vanilla cake, are a must-try. The service is friendly and attentive, making it a great spot for a comforting meal while traveling through the area.

Was broke down that day and waiting on a mechanic but was impressed by the size of ghe restaurant and the quality of the food. Me and my friend were very satisfied . great service and a great cook. !!! And surprisingly reasonable prices.

Stopped here twice on my way through Texas. Travel for my job. First time found a hair in my food. ok that may happen at times. second time I saw bugs on the wall! not real familiar with the bugs in TX but should not be any where people eat or food is prepared!
