09/17/2015 - Low Customer Service Level
I just called to place a delivery order for a group of people at my workplace. It was 1:26pm EST when I called. When I started providing the address she stopped me and asked me what place is it. I advised her the name of my office and stated that it was up to to driver to deliver there. She then talks to the driver (I hear the whole conversation in the background) She advised him the name of my office and I heard him say no. She returned the phone and advised "he is leaving." I then questioned the status of my order, I assumed there was another delivery driver taking over to cover lunch rush orders. She said there is no other driver until this evening that the current delivery driver clocked out at 1:30pm. Which it is now 1:28pm at this point in the conversation. The story was so sad and poorly handled I felt sorry for the girl on the phone. I wonder if the owner is aware of how delivery orders are being handled. How many other places is this "Dynamic Duo" saying no to? Sounds like a lot of lost revenue to me. I know my order would have been a large profit for the owner. I am not the one who writes reviews on things no matter how horrid the service is, but this struck a nerve with me. Not only was my service refused because of the place I work, but I was lied to. It shows that this place of business is not concerned with thier customers or making sure the business sticks around. Warning to all customers thinking about eating here.
