Russell's food truck serves some of the best barbecue you'll find in Delaware, with tender pulled pork and ribs that keep me coming back time and time again. The portions are generous, prices are reasonable, and the friendly owner, Russell, makes every visit feel like catching up with an old friend. Just be sure to bring cash, get there early, and prepare for some truly delicious, no-frills barbecue that locals swear by.
