I finally found a Mexican spot on S Las Vegas Blvd that serves amazing Chile Rellenos and super fresh carne asada and al pastor tacos, prepared street style with onions and cilantro. The food is consistently delicious, especially the asada sope and burrito de lengua, though it can be a bit pricey and sometimes the service feels a little inconsistent. One thing I love is their spicy red salsa and the fantastic horchata, which makes every visit worth it despite some mixed reviews.
