During a recent family vacation, we found an authentic Chinese restaurant in Virginia that truly impressed with its flavorful and spicy Sichuan dishes. We enjoyed a variety of appetizers and mains, including cold wood ear mushroom salad, Wuhan sesame noodles, cumin lamb, mapo tofu, and shrimp stir fry, all expertly seasoned and delicious. The service was excellent, the prices reasonable, and the restaurant spotless, making it a reliable choice for genuine Chinese cuisine without any Americanized versions.
