The food at Tia Betty Blue's is incredible, with huge portions of flavorful New Mexican dishes like burritos, waffles, and their famous green and red chile that always satisfy my cravings. The cozy, rustic two-story setting adds to the experience, and ordering at the counter with food delivered to your table makes everything easy and enjoyable-I've gone back multiple times and always leave happy.
