Although my order was wrong, the polite manager quickly fixed it, leaving me happy and impressed.

The manager quickly resolved an error with my order, maintaining a positive and polite attitude throughout. Despite the mix-up, I left the restaurant happy, especially impressed by the delicious pizza and generous portions of the baked potato soup. Carrie's warm and friendly service made me feel valued and I look forward to returning to see her bright smile again.
