I ordered pierogi and wings for the superbowl. The young lady on the phone was so nice and the food was great!

Not only was I put on hold when I called they delivered aregular pizza when I ordered a steak and cheese pizza

I called prior to coming in from out of state and whoever answered was very abrupt. I asked if they were open during the Holiday and was told they would be open, just not for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. I asked my second question; Are you still serving 99 cent a dozen clams the answer was YES. The phone went click. This is how you deal with Customers? Really??? Upon arriving we found that all the seats were Reserved. No 99 cent clams because it was a Holiday is what was said...then why were you still advertising !?! The food was brought all separate times . The Pizza was Horrible if I wanted to eat cardboard I would have ate a box.! I surely hope those people with reservations didn't want to eat the clams or pizza ... Hope the Cooks were able to get things right .. Poorly Managed and Waitresses need to be more ethical, not talk business around Customers.

You never know what you are going to get there. Some nights the wings and pizza are good, other nights they are horrible. FYI; their pierogies are Mrs. T's.

The Tribune awarded this restaurant best restaurant in the area what a joke.. This is a sad area if this is the best. TERRIBLE DON'T even try this place food and service are just about has bad has as you can possibly get.

EVERY ONE BE CAREFUL, LOOK AT UR BILL, THEY AUTOMATIC PUT A 20% TIP ON WHICH IS ILLEGLE. I AM USUALLY A GOODTIPPER IF I GET GOOD SERVICE, WHICH I DIDN'T. ORDERED CHICKEN SANDWICH W LETTUCE AND CHEESE ONLY, DROVE 10 MILES HOME TO FIND OUT IT HAD EVERYTHING ON, I THREW IT IN GARBAGE I AM A DIABETIC AND CAN'T HAVE ALL THAT ON.WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN

Giving this so called restaurant even a one star is over rating it. The people who rated this restaurant good must be the workers or related to the owner. The food and the service was HORRIBLE will never darken their doorway again.

I just started going back to Barrett's in July and the wings were very good. But tonight they were horrible - all burnt and couldn't even eat them. The sauce was bad as well. Very disappointing and possibly not going back.

For a place that claims to have the "area's best wings," they just might have the worst wings in the area. The sauce tastes like Heinz ketchup.

the food was good and pizza was good and wee had refills on our drinks I had ice tea and wife and daughter had cokes. We got the check and were charged over $20 for drinks and told refills are not free not even ice tea! We had been going here for 5 years and had never been charged before and mow will not return the service has just gotten BAD!!!

My wife and I ordered boneless wings. They were not edible burnt dry and not even cut-able with a knife,sent them back We probably will not return to Barrett's Pub again and will not refer anyone we know.They advertise best wings in area and are to poor to even rate had better in a grocery store . Left there and took my wife somewhere else Devil fries were cold and soupy. Dont eat there!!!!!!

My husband & I have been coming here for at least 13 years, and the food lately has not been consistent. The wings we ordered, extra crispy, have not been even close, the last 3 time we have been there. Getting tired of sending them back and having to wait even longer. The food is great when it is done RIGHT. We won't be coming back as often. The bartenders are so busy taking care of the bar, answering phones for orders, doing take out, and taking care of bills, that they do not have a chance to give patrons the attention they deserve. Heard several patrons tonight complaining about the same thing. Very under staffed!

We ate here for our family reunion after being told by a local friend that they have never been disappointed at Barrett's. We had a wonderful time, the service was great, the food was great, and we have been talking about how wonderful the experience was for a year now. I can not say enough good things about Barrett's. Go and enjoy.

Service is terrible! Pizza was good. Wings were not cooked enough, other food was lousey. Would not go back there.
