The location I used to frequent has now closed down, with a sign directing customers to Win Buffet on Illinois. Curious about the connection, I discovered that the property had been sold to a developer for future retail and restaurant pads. Despite the lackluster ambiance, the decent Chinese food at the buffet made it a satisfying dining experience for me.
