Hialeah is typically not associated with exceptional customer service, but Longhorns pleasantly surprised us tonight with their attentive waiter during our dinner. After accidentally leaving our food bag behind, the manager, Alexandra, went above and beyond to rectify the situation, showcasing professionalism and kindness. As a result of this outstanding experience, Longhorns has earned our loyalty as our go-to dining option for family gatherings, friend outings, and date nights.
