Seven of us showed up on a Friday night around 7:45, and lucked out snagging a table just as Normal Bar was packed to the brim. With $5 tropical beers, $8 killer cocktails, darts, and $1 boiled peanuts to snack on, it's the perfect chill spot to sip, play, and even order pizza delivered right from next door-what more could you want?

My friends and I discovered Normal Bar after finding it hard to get a seat at Automatic Pizza, which delivers to the bar. Arriving around 7:45 on a busy Friday night, we were fortunate to snag a table soon after getting there. The affordable non-draft beer prices were a pleasant surprise, especially for Athens. The relaxed atmosphere, complete with darts and a TV, made for a perfect hangout spot.
