After hearing great things about this bar in Ontonagon, the hubby and I decided to check it out for dinner and drinks on a busy Friday night. I went for the shrimp dinner while he had a burger, and we were both really pleased with our food and the friendly service-we'll definitely be back next time we're in town!

After hearing great things, we decided to stop for an evening drink and dinner in Ontonagon and were thrilled with our experience. The shrimp dinner and burger were both delicious, the service was friendly, and the ambiance reminded me of a classic neighborhood bar, perfect for unwinding after a day of hiking.

We have traveled across the country and never experienced such great service before. Our server was absolutely phenomenal! She joked with us and even though we joked about her southern accent living in the U.P she went along with it and laughed. Best experience we have had up here and we've been coming here for over 10 years. Not only was the food great the service was even better!! If We could give you all 20 stars we would. Keep up the great work! Definitely will recommend you to our friends and family.

I can't believe there are not hundreds of reviews posted on this site...here goes number One...This is REAL FOOD with REAL TASTE...I go with the famous Roxie Burger with the side winder fries...(hearty curly cut and fried to perfection)...crispy outside good tater inside.The burger is big and fresh seasoned with the trophy sauce and trimmings on the freshest perfect bun for burgers..get the cheese curds to share a side. It is a real treat to go there and feel welcome every time...5 stars...GO THERE..the whole menu is great...get the fish special on Fridays.
