My wife and I went Cattleman's today I Shepherds ville Ky. to have a nice relaxed steak dinner. When we first got there they took our drink order and instead of. the drink being a Beam and Coke they brought my wife a Coke. Because she wasn't listening and then they didn't bring the bread and then proceeded to take our order for our appetizer and we also had the salad bar with the special steak dinner. So we proceeded to get our salad and still no bread so we ate about half our salad and they finally decided to bring the bread right after that they brought the appetizer and right after that not two minutes later, bringing our dinner. I sent that back and said we'll call for when we were to ready have our main meal not all on one table trying to fight what's in the way. sSo we finally get our meal and the baked potato that she ordered was cold and the butter would not even melt in the top of it where it should have been piping hot and then we both tried to cut our steak and it was nothing but a piece of rubber. I tried to chew a piece and I thought I had chewing gum cuz it was so rubbery and full of fat. We have been going there for quite a while and I've never experienced what we experienced today it'll be a long time before I decide to go back cuz I got news for you today I was not impressed but I was totally unimpressed and I still ended up having to pay $41 for two appetizers and two drinks which I thought was a little bit outrageous giving the fact that they ruined our meal and we shouldn't have to pay for none of it and then after we left I got to thinking he'll then even asked if we wanted to see a manager. Well that place has went downhill to say the lease...
