The drive to Elsa's St. Hedwig Cafí© was well worth it, as we enjoyed prompt and friendly service from the moment we arrived. My tacos, filled with tender brisket, crisp migas, and rich bean and cheese topped with good cheddar, were elevated by the warmth of homemade tortillas, making them some of the finest I've tasted.
