The instructor was clearly very knowledgeable, and I picked up so many new skills-especially working with fig leaves-and the fresh ingredients made the meal we cooked better than anything I'd had at a restaurant. Throughout the class, the atmosphere felt like a cooking show where everyone was encouraged to get hands-on, enjoy some wine, and share the delicious dishes we created together.
