I really wouldn't even give them a star for rating. Waited forever for my order once it came it was under cooked and wrong. The manger I believe is name was Leo was very unprofessional he finally came to our table. After leaving our table he went to the bar, sat down, ordered a drink and was scrolling through his cell phone. The food is also over priced.

I had a terrible experience here. 1. It was freezing in the restaurant. 2. My order was wrong and while I had originally ordered fries, when they came out, they had been sitting in grease for what looked like days, so I said that I didn't want the fries at all, I would just take the fixed sandwhich. 3. By the time they re-made my food, my husband was done eating and it was so cold in there, I had asked for a box to eat my food in the car. 4. They filled the box with fries and gave it to me. 5. Fries on the menu are an extra charge and I didn't want fries at all anyway. 6. Still ended up costing us $26. 7. They weren't even busy at all. 8. My husband ordered Mountain Dew and and he said it tasted really weird so he asked for another one, the girl said "yeah, the Mountain Dew always tastes really weird here, I don't know why." I went to the new Nasty's Pub the night before in Reynoldsburg, much better service, better food, and for $18. I will not be returning to Jimmy V's.
