I came in on 8/22/15 with my family. I ordered a hamburger with a fried egg. The egg was cooked over-easy and the yolk was broken, pooling in the bottom of the basket and soaking the bun. This made the whole mess inedible. I asked if this was normal and was told rather rudely that "all of our eggs are over easy". The staff watched as I ceremoniously threw the whole mess in the trash can. The staff didn't seem to concerned about it. I didn't bother ordering anything else.
If the standard policy is to cook eggs that go on top of a hamburger over-easy, it should probably state that on the menu. Other establishments (e.g., Smashburger) fry the egg so that the yolk is not runny, which makes a lot more sense.
