If you're looking for authentic Louisiana food, Sam's in Vivian is a must-try. Despite the somewhat sketchy exterior, the inside is charming and the food is absolutely delicious. The crab cakes, fried catfish, and fried oysters are all highly recommended for anyone who loves southern cooking.
