I had one of the best bowls I've ever experienced during my visit, which is impressive given that I frequent this establishment weekly. Despite a lengthy line, the staff efficiently processed orders, and I received my food in under ten minutes, showcasing their effectiveness. Unfortunately, the service at the West Hartford location was disappointing due to the demeanor of the crew, leading me to consider the Manchester store for a more pleasant dining experience in the future.
