After placing a pick-up order and checking in upon arrival, I found no one came out to deliver my food, leading me to believe it may have been taken. When I went inside to inquire, the manager was helpful, providing a drink while he sorted out the situation, and he later presented my order along with a complimentary cookie for the inconvenience. Despite a previous negative experience at another location, the Lakewood team demonstrated exceptional service and served delicious food, making it a reliable choice for a quick and satisfying meal.
